For the 5th time in a row, the BVS customer service was rated with the top grade 1 (1.4) in the customer satisfaction survey 2025, conducted in cooperation with TÜV Rheinland.

In the business year 2024, BVS Electronics once again took a significant step towards climate neutrality - for the 3rd time in a row. As part of this year’s customer satisfaction survey, conducted in cooperation with TÜV Rheinland, the customer service of BVS Industrie-Elektronik GmbH was re-evaluated with the top score of 1 (1.33). This means that the TÜV Rheinland certificate will be extended for another year!

Nearly twice as many participants took the representative survey in February 2022 as did the previous year – we’re thrilled to confirm that the group of customers who gave us top marks last year has grown.
