BVS Industrie-Elektronik GmbH extends the warranty* from July 2020 on for the complete assembly from 18 to 24 months for:
The warranty* extension does also apply to all preventively remanufactured and exchanged assemblies within an ECOFIT-Project. This extension is a result from a permanently ongoing know-how development based on a world class quality of our services.
Every remanufactured assembly has been cleaned carefully and inspected religiously right after entering our house. We do not only exchange defective parts but also preventively those, which are liable to wear, based on our experiences. By this means we minimize your maintenance costs and maximize your plant availability, ever and strictly subjected to the EC machinery directive 2006/42/EG.
For this reason we make sure that product safety associated with the machine certification remains. The quality of our repairs we also ensure with the exclusive usage of new and original or from the manufacturer or from a legislative authority approved parts and components.
Subsequent on the repair process we are testing your assemblies within realistic on-site conditions. Over 100 test stands give us the possibility to perform final multivendor-capability tests.
Here our technicians have access to OEM test rigs and various in-house developed tests stands for extensive special test procedures.
*The 24 months warranty is valid for assemblies and remanufactured repairs of the brands Siemens, unipo, Bosch Rexroth/Indramat, ABB, Fanuc, Kuka, SEW-EURODRIVE, Lenze, Heller und Heidenhain. The services "cleaning and inspection" as well as functional repairs are excluded. For all other brands please take the warranty information from the particular offer.
