Manufacture-related weak points on modules that pose a safety risk to the machine and its operators are eliminated during repairs by using the latest improved components that meet the requirements of the Machinery Directive.
If available, we will use the manufacturer's original components for our repairs. On modules that have long been discontinued, we will install new and current components as part of the product overhaul while always adhering to the Machinery Directive.
For the purpose of finding and pinpointing faults and simulating actual operating conditions, the function and load of all modules is tested extensively on the manufacturer's original test stands during and following the repair.
If necessary, we will happily complete a product overhaul repair of your complete industrial electronics at your site. The availability of the machine is thus extended and you can continue to use your existing industrial electronics.

Long-term supply analyses and concepts
As part of our machine & systems analysis, we will provide you with an overview of the current state of the industrial electronic modules installed in your machine & systems. In the event of your machine coming to a standstill, you will also have an overview of the availability of these modules so that you can react directly in an emergency.
If necessary, we can provide you with our qualified and experienced service technicians. As well as assisting with troubleshooting of CNC-, PLC- and ROBOT-controlled systems and machines, they are also able to immediately replace defective modules using a wide range of equipment and put your system or machine back into operation without delay.
