As part of this year’s customer satisfaction survey, conducted in cooperation with TÜV Rheinland, the customer service of BVS Industrie-Elektronik GmbH was re-evaluated with the top score of 1 (1.33). This means that the TÜV Rheinland certificate will be extended for another year!
Nearly twice as many participants took the representative survey in February 2022 as did the previous year – we’re thrilled to confirm that the group of customers who gave us top marks last year has grown.
Our “Quality makes the difference” slogan represents not only our high quality promise, but also the quality promised to our customers. Quality is reflected in every area at BVS – recently recertified at the beginning of 2022, BVS has been certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 for quality management since 2008. We set the highest standards for quality, especially in our core business – electronic module repair. From repairs in compliance with the Machinery Directive, to the exclusive use of new components authorised by the manufacturer and legislator, to module tests on original manufacturer test stands.

As a result, we also hold partnership statuses such as “Bosch Rexroth Service Point” or “SEW Eurodrive Service Partner” and work very closely with the manufacturers.
