As part of this year’s customer satisfaction survey, conducted in cooperation with TÜV Rheinland, the customer service of BVS Industrie-Elektronik GmbH was re-evaluated with the top score of 1 (1.33). This means that the TÜV Rheinland certificate will be extended for another year!

Nearly twice as many participants took the representative survey in February 2022 as did the previous year – we’re thrilled to confirm that the group of customers who gave us top marks last year has grown.

The products from the DIAX04 and ECODRIVE03 series have been successful on the market for more than 20 years, but are now in the process of being phased out. The availability of replacement parts with the REMAN+ and Long Life Service services can only be 100% guaranteed through the end of 2020.
