Quality, speed of reaction, and reliability stand out positively.

For the 4th time in a row, BVS customer service has been rated with the top grade 1 (1.4) in the customer satisfaction survey 2024, conducted in cooperation with TÜV Rheinland. The TÜV Rheinland certificate is consequently extended for another year. 247 customers have given their opinion on our performance & service. Particularly pleasing are the positive ratings for repair quality, response speed, and reliability. These aspects are essential for our customers with sometimes very urgent issues and distinguish us as a maintenance partner in the MRO industry (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul). We naturally take on the task of optimizing potentials that are also desired by customers. We are very grateful for suggestions and constructive feedback. Satisfied customers are not only motivation enough for our team to continue giving our best every day, but also a crucial argument to rely on BVS as an Obsolescence Management Partner in the long term.
