For customers who need a working module quickly but are not willing to wait for a repair, we offer exchange modules as a solution.
If you request a exchange module, we will send you a reconditioned replacement module from our warehouse on the same day. In exchange, you then simply return your faulty module, including an error description, to BVS within eight days. This will save you up to 50 % in comparison to the price of a new part and you will also benefit from the availability of more than 250.000 modules for all manufacturers in our extensive warehouse. Every exchange module in our warehouse has been reconditioned in accordance with the Machinery Directive.
For this reason, we offer at least an 24-month warranty* on our fully reconditioned exchange assemblies. Our 24/7 emergency service ensures that you will receive these assemblies around the clock, so that in an emergency your machine can even be placed back into operation during the night.

Thanks to the preventive measures implemented as part of our product overhaul and the comprehensive function and load tests, we not only provide you with an 24-month warranty* on the complete module but can also guarantee that the repair is in compliance with the Machinery Directive as per 2006/42/EC.
