On April 23, 2026, BVS Electronics GmbH in Hanau welcomed high-ranking visitors: The Hessian Minister of Economic Affairs, Kaweh Mansoori, visited the company to learn about its role as a sustainable employer in the region. Mr. Mansoori was accompanied by Dr. Bennett Pauls, Advisor for Technological Innovation and Transformation, and Simon Witsch, the Minister's Personal Advisor.

The minister was received by the management team including Emil Bätz, the company's founder, as well as Florian and Yasemin Bätz, the second-generation management. The focus of the visit was to get to know a company that has been firmly rooted in Hanau for almost 40 years and makes an important contribution to resource conservation, stable supply chains, and sustainable business practices through the maintenance of industrial electronics. At the same time, BVS Electronics is actively involved in training skilled workers, thereby strengthening the economic location in the long term.

"Companies like BVS Electronics GmbH demonstrate how much innovative power, technical know-how, and entrepreneurial courage are present in Hesse. Especially in the field of industrial electronics and maintenance, they make an important contribution to value creation, resource conservation, and stable supply chains. It is important to me that we as a state create reliable framework conditions so that such companies can continue to grow, attract skilled workers, and successfully implement their ideas in practice. The on-site exchange makes it clear: Our economy thrives on committed entrepreneurs who take responsibility and shape the future," explains Minister Mansoori.

Managing Director Florian Bätz also emphasized the importance of the visit: "Personal exchange with politics is of great importance to us. As a medium-sized company with strong regional roots and an international orientation, we want to actively contribute to the sustainable development of the industry while creating attractive prospects for skilled workers."

The exchange made it clear how important medium-sized technology companies are for value creation, innovation, and economic stability in Hesse.
