For the 5th time in a row, the BVS customer service has been rated with the best grade 1 (1.4) in the customer satisfaction survey 2025, conducted in cooperation with TÜV Rheinland. The TÜV Rheinland certificate is therefore extended for another year.
A total of 217 customers have given their opinion on our performance & efficiency. BVS is consistently rated by customers as very reliable and competent. The commitment and friendliness of the employees in terms of advice and speed in processing inquiries are highly appreciated by customers. The punctuality of deliveries and the quality of repairs carried out are positively highlighted by customers.
We naturally take on the task of addressing optimization potentials that are also desired by customers. We are very grateful for suggestions and constructive feedback.
